Mrs. Geraldine H. Williamson, age. 56, of the Sloans Valley Community, daughter of the late Glenn Eugene and Pearl (Williams) Hollis was born on February 7, 1955 in Ohio and passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. Other than her parent Mrs. Williamson was preceded in death by one son; Joe Edward Williamson, one sister; Marie Hollis, one brother; Ronnie Hollis, one nephew; Rodney Hollis and one great nephew; Mike Garland. Mrs. Williamson is survived by her husband; Joe Williamson whom she married on February 5, 1972, one daughter; Wendy (and Denver) Floyd of Bronston, three grandsons; Jonathon Michael Floyd, Dustin Dewayne Floyd and Joseph Aaron Floyd, one brother; Robert Lee Hollis, three sisters; Christine (and David) Burton, Mollie (and Kenny) Manning and Diana Coffey. Also surviving are the following nieces and nephews; Wendell (and Ann) Hollis, Christie Garland, Judy Garland, David (and Toshia) Burton, Tonya Hollis, Rhonda Hollis and Lisa Hollis. Mrs. Williamson also leaves behind a host of great nieces and nephews who all mourn her passing. Mrs. Geraldine Williamson was a homemaker and loved flowers, she was kind person who will be greatly missed by all who new her. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Sloans Valley Cemetery. The family of Mrs. Geraldine Williamson will receive friends on Friday, December 2, 2011 after 5:00 p.m. at Pulaski Funeral Home.
