Madeline P. Jones Miller

Madeline P. Jones Miller departed this life on July 21, 2007 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital surrounded by her family. She had quietly endured a painful illness. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years; Mr. Lyle Miller; two infant children, eight siblings and one great grandson. She was a graduate of Western Kentucky State Vo Tech., and she had worked in the school systems of Akron, Ohio, and Somerset, Kentucky, she was also a greeter at Walmart of Somerset. She is survived by; one daughter, Dianne Andrew of Louisville, KY; a son, John A. Miller II of Somerset, KY ; two sisters, Norma Goggins and Jackie Perkins of Somerset, KY; and the following grandchildren, Donni (Paul) Miller Wareen of Minneapolis, MN, Tia, Ameer, Kyle, Shalitria, Niemah Epps, Anton Miller, Tobias Napier and nine great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends who mourn her passing. Granny will long be remembered for her unconditional love to her family and to anyone in need of prayer. Prayerfully her legacy will live on in her decendents Funeral services will be held at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 26, 2007 with Rev. Joshua Hail officiating. Burial will follow in the Mill Springs National Cemetery. The family of Mrs. Madeline P. (Jones) Miller will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home on Thursday morning July 26, 2007 from 11:00 a.m. until after services. Pulaski Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
