Rebecca Carol Smith

Rebecca Carol Smith, age 41 of Nancy, Kentucky daughter of Carolyn Sue Taylor and the late Keith Wayne Taylor was born on August 7, 1970 in Gassaway, West Virginia and departed this life Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. Rebecca is survived by her daughter; Brandy Smith of Nancy, Kentucky, one brother; Harold Ray II (and Kathy Dean) Fitzwater of Shopville, Kentucky, one sister; Kimberly Ann (and Christopher Sr.) Wachovec of Chilicothe, Ohio. Rebecca also leaves behind two nephews; Timothy (and Amber) Dick and Christopher Wachovec Jr., six nieces; Amy Fitzwater, Austin Fitzwater, Johnnie Fitzwater, Drema Fitzwater, Amber Wachovec, Krystal Wachovec and a great nephew; Isaiah Dick and great niece Karma Dick. Other than her father Rebecca was preceded in death by one sister; Amy Dawn Truman and one step-father; Harold Ray Fitzwater Sr. The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 17, 2011 from 5-6 p.m. at Pulaski Funeral Home and from 12-1 p.m. on Saturday, November 19, 2011 at the Dawson Cemetery in Ivy dale, West Virginia with a graveside service to be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to be in charge of all arrangements.
