David Edward Cook

David Edward Cook, son of the late Ed and Jean Cline Cook, was born in Tateville, KY on October 13, 1951 and he departed this life on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 having attained the age of 60 years. He was united in marriage to Mrs. Margaret Williamson Cook in 1978 in Burnside, KY; she survives. Other survivors include; one son, David Dewayne Cook; two daughters, Robin Renee Cook and Carla Louise Cook; three brothers, William Odell, James (and Linda) and Linden B. Cook; four sisters, Joanne Cook Hill, Linda ( and Herold) Alton, Kathy Bundy, and Alice (and John) Monde; four grandchildren, Kaylee Renee Bigham, John Will Bigham IV, Raygun Edward Michelle Bigham, and Candice Alynn Cook. Other than his parents, he is also preceded in death by; three brothers, John Jr. Cook, Charles Cook, and William Odell Cook; two sisters, Barbara Cook, and Debra Cook; one niece, Tonya Cook; and two brothers-in-law, John Hill and Rody Branscum David was a disabled employee of the Pulaski County Board of Education. He was a kind person who will be missed by those who knew him and he leaves a host of relatives and friends who mourn his passing. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 21, 2011 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. J. C. Burchfield officiating. Burial will follow in the Sloans Valley Cemetery. The family of Mr. David Edward Cook will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. Friday until time for services. Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to be in charge of all arrangements for Mr. David Edward Cook.
