Winston E. Phelps

Mr. Winston E. Phelps, son of the late Robert Earl and Cleam Adams Phelps, was born in Pulaski County, KY on May 24, 1942, and he departed this life on Thursday, July 12, 2007 having attained the age of 65 years. Survivors include; one brother, Willard (and Doris)Phelps; two nieces, Gretchen (and Steve) DeMunbrun and Tonya (and Gary) Lamar all of Somerset, KY and five great nieces and nephews; Alex, Holly and Eric DeMunbrun and Shelby and Wesley Lamar. Winston was a farmer and a member of the Whetstone Baptist Church, he was a kind person who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 16, 2007 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Rev. Eugene Tarter officiating. Burial will follow in the Randall Chapel Cemetery in the Ula Community. The family of Mr. Winston E. Phelps will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home after 5:00 p.m. Sunday, July 15, 2007. Pulaski Funeral Home is in charge of all funeral arrangements.
