Joe Thomas Sandusky

Mr. Joe Thomas Sandusky, age 72, of 209 Clifty Street, Somerset died Wednesday July 11, 2007 at the Highlands of Somerset. He was born on September 20, 1934 in Monticello, KY son of the late Hovie and Mary Hatcher Sandusky. He was a former employee of Todd Masonary. He was united in marriage to Bertie Perkins Sandusky who preceded him in death. Survivors include; one daughter, Paula Sandusky of Frankfort, KY; two sons, Rodney DeWayne (and Debra) Sandusky and Shawn Sandusky all of Somerset, KY; one daughter-in-law, Anita Sandusky of Ooltewah, TN; one brother, Charles (and Roberta) Sandusky of Somerset, KY; five grandchildren, Whitney, Billy, Shanita, Tekia and Gabrielle Sandusky and a host of nieces, nephews and friends who mourn his passing. Other than his parents and wife, Mr. Sandusky is also preceded in death by; one son, Tommy Sandusky; one sister, Minnie May Sandusky; and three brothers, George, Carnell, and Paul Sandusky. Graveside services will be held at the Stanford - Pike Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 14, 2007. The family of Mr. Sandusky will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home after 6:00 p.m. Friday, July 13, 2007. Pulaski Funeral Home is in charge of all funeral arrangements.
