Elijah Stepp

Elijah “Hoppy” Lawrence Stepp, 90, of 106 Linda Lane, Somerset, KY, passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2007, at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. Surviving are his wife of 33 years, Linda Freeman Stepp; one son, Ron Stepp.Chilloholte, Ohio; one granddaughter, Ronda Church, and one great granddaughter, Julianne Church, Hardy, KY. His father, mother and one grandson, Brandon Stepp, preceded him in death. Elijah enjoyed being outside in God's beautiful world. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and had many "hunting buddies" across the country. He enjoyed going to his Florida home, hunting, and fishing with his special friends there. He was a proud member of the United Steelworkers of American. And, was honored to serve his country as a Marine during WWII in the South Pacific and China. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 3, 2007 at the Somerset Cemetery. There will eb no visitiation prior to the graveside services. Pulaski Funeral Home is in charge of all funeral arrangements.
