Mr. David O'Neil Patterson

Mr. David O’Neil Patterson, son of the late Melvin and Ellen Hines Patterson, was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on April 16, 1950 and he departed this life on Monday, July 18, 2011 having attained the age of 61 years. He was united in marriage to Brenda Lewis Patterson who survives. Other survivors include; three sons, Dr. Chad O’Neil Patterson and his wife, Jennifer Lin Kosakowski, Keith Ward Patterson and his wife, Krystal Jean Patterson, and Kory Lewis Patterson and his wife, Aimee Elisha Patterson; one brother, James Reece Patterson and his wife, Ruby Patterson; one grandchild, Kadence Faith Patterson, and two nieces, Dr. Cherice Patterson and her husband Chris Fabrizio and Heather Scruggs, and her husband, Bryan Scruggs; and great nieces and nephews, Bryleigh Ann Scruggs, Ashley and Yancey Lewis and Jordan Lewis; his father and mother-in-law, Yancey and Jean Lewis, his brothers-in-law, Jeff (and Lisa) Lewis,of Somerset, KY and Yancey Lewis, Jr. (and Loretta Morris) of Somerset, KY David was a Vietnam Army Veteran, and a member of the Ringgold Methodist Church, and he was the owner of Patterson Logging and Excavation. He was a kind person who touched many lives, he will be greatly missed by all who knew him and he leaves a host of relatives and friends who mourn his passing. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 20, 2011 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Rev. Ben Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow in the Mill Springs National Cemetery and military honors will be conducted by the American Legion Post # 38. The family of Mr. David O’Neil Patterson will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home after 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 19, 2011 Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to be in charge of all arrangements for Mr. David Patterson.
