Mrs. R. C. Parrott

Mrs. R. C. Parrott, daughter of the late W.S. & Eva Ingle, was born at Corbin, KY on December 13, 1925, and she departed this life on Saturday May 05, 2007 in the presence of her family at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital having attained the age of 81 years. She was married to Mr. Lowell (Barto) Parrott on December 2, 1944, he preceded her in death. Survivors include; four children, Joyce (and Glenn) Blackburn of Somerset, KY, Shelby (and Jane) Parrott of Bowling Green, KY, Melody (and Don) Moss of Somerset, KY and Steve (and Amy) Parrott of Somerset, KY; nine grandchildren, Tyler Blackburn, Michael Blackburn, Shelly Parrott, Lance (and Rebecca) Parrott, Barrett (and Samantha) Moss, Ann Blair Moss, Joshua Parrott, Ashley Parrott and Addy Parrott; also surviving are; two sisters, Virginia Wallace of Somerset, KY, and Louise Hatfield of Loyal, KY; and one brother, Lester Ingle of Loyal, KY. Other than her parents, and husband, she was also preceded in death by; one daughter, Brenda Parrott; two sisters, Lura Ingle and Betty Combs, and two brothers, Luther and Chester Ingle. She was a retired Office Manager of the Somerset Pulaski County Credit Bureau. She also worked for the Somerset Downtown Development and she was a member of the Agape Sunday School Class at High Street Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 08, 2007 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Lance Parrott and Brother Sam Adkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Lakeside Memorial Gardens. The family of Mrs. R. C. Parrott will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home after 5:00 p.m. Monday, May 07, 2007. Pulaski Funeral Home is in charge of all funeral arrangements.
