Geneva L. Nevels, 73 of Bronston, passed away Monday, April 16, 2007 at her residence.
She was born on May 24, 1933 in Wayne County, daughter of the late Dave and Myrtle Troxell Hall. She was a homemaker and a member of Zion Baptist Church.
She is survived by three sons, Charlie & (Linda) Nevels of Monticello, Lonnie K. & (Linda) Nevels of Bronston and Jimmy & (Roxie) Nevels of Monticello, five daughters, Rosa Jackson of Bronston, Wanda Dykes of Monticello, Norma J. & (Roger) Morrow of Delta, Lisa & (Michael) Morrow of Kidder and Deborah & (Jessie) Neeley of Bronston, five sisters, Kathleen Phillips, Retha Casada, Freeda Branscum, Joyce Black and Barbara Black, four brothers, Barney Hall, Thomas Hall, Howard Hall and Clyde Hall, twenty four grandchildren and thirty three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Nevels, whom she married on October 23, 1952, her parents, one son, Ralph Wayne Nevels and three brothers, Donald, Hershel and Charles Hall.
A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Thursday at Liberty Baptist Church in Kidder with Rev. Ulanda Price and Bro. Greg Ryan officiating.
Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 6 PM Wednesday at Pulaski Funeral Home, Somerset.
The family requests that donations go to Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
