Keith Wayne Taylor, age 61 of Nancy, Kentucky, departed this life on Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at the VA Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky.
He was born on February 8, 1949 in Widen, West Virginia, to the late Virgil and Ida Loving Taylor. Mr. Taylor was a United States Army veteran of the Vietnam War, and a retired log truck driver. He loved his family, being out of doors, bailing hay, and hauling logs.
Mr. Taylor is survived by; his wife, Carolyn Fitzwater-Taylor, whom he married on May 24, 2009 in Nancy, Kentucky; two daughters, Rebecca Smith of Nancy, Kentucky and Kimberly Wachovec of Chillicothe, Ohio; one son, Harold Ray Fitzwater II of Acorn/Ano, Kentucky; a belated daughter, Amy Truman; nine grandchildren, Brandy Smith, Timmy Dick, Amy, Austin, Johnnie and Drema Fitzwater; Chris Wachovec, Jr., and Amber and Krystal Wachovec; one great grandchild, Isaiah Dick; two brothers, Mike Taylor of Birch River, West Virginia, and Rex Taylor of Clay West Virginia; one sister, Linda Gibson of Clay West Virginia, and his Step-mother, Icie Taylor of Clay West Virginia.
The family of Mr. Keith Wayne Taylor will receive friends today, Friday, February 4, 2011 from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. at the Pulaski Funeral Home .
Funeral services will be held at a later date at the Clay Wilson Funeral Home in Clay, West Virginia.
