Sarah Jane Muse

November 30, 1933 — April 6, 2007

Sarah Jane Gooch Muse, daughter of the late Charles and Lura Stephens Gooch, was born at Somerset, KY on November 30, 1933 and she departed this life on Friday, April 6, 2007 having attained the age of 73 years. She was united in marriage to Mr. Glen Muse, he preceded her in death. Survivors include; one son, Michael (and Yong Hi ) Muse of Dayton, OH, Melinda (and Billy) Copenhaver of Somerset, KY; two brothers, William Gooch of Joplin, MO and Charles Gooch of Somerset, KY; five grandchildren, Ronald Brown Jr. of Somerset, KY, Christie Begley of Somerset, KY, Tara ( and Bryan) Wesley of Somerset, KY, Michelle Muse of Dayton, OH and Christopher Muse also of Dayton, OH; and two great grandchildren, April and Aaron Brown both of Somerset, KY. Other than her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by; one daughter, Susan Northern. Sarah was a retired Bookkeeper for the Southern Middle School of the Pulaski County School District and a U. S. Army Veteran. She was a kind lady who will be missed by all who knew her and she leaves a host of relatives and friends who mourn her passing. Funeral services for Mrs. Muse will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 10, 2007 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Rev. David Hargis and Rev. Jamie Vance Officiating. Burial will follow in the Mill Springs National Cemetery. The family of Mrs. Sarah Jane Muse will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday April 10, 2007 until after services. Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to be asked to be in charge of all funeral arrangements.
