Mr. Henry Lester, age 78 of Somerset, Kentucky son of the late Ethel (Nelson) and George Lester was born on November 25, 1933 and departed this life on Thursday, September 13, 2012 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

Other than his parents Mr. Lester was preceded in death by one brother; Charles Lester.

Mr. Lester is survived by his wife of 56 years: Faye (Stringer) Lester, one son: Danny (and Laura) Lester of Somerset, one brother: Billy (and Geneva) Lester of Tennessee, four sisters: Geneva (and Edward) Lay of Somerset, Katie (and Roy) Daulton of Somerset, Anna Jane (and Bill) McMullin of Michigan and Georgie Ping of Somerset, one sister-in-law Fayrene Lester of Somerset, and two grand-daughters: Lorenda (and Shawn) Merritt and Ladanna (and Timothy) Glidden both of Somerset. Mr. Lester was kind and loving person who will be greatly missed and leaves behind a host of relatives and friends who mourn his passing.

Henry worked as a Manager for a Auto Body Shop.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 17, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Lakeside Memorial Gardens.

The family of Mr. Henry Lester will receive friends on Sunday, September 16, 2012 from 5-8 p.m. at Pulaski Funeral Home.
